The company is excited to present our MINIROLL-1600 Air Bubble / EPE Coreless Rewinding Machine at K 2025  in Düsseldorf.  This newly upgraded model is designed to rewind PE foam and air bubble film into rolls from 3 to 55 meters in length, with a rewinding diameter range of 80 to 420 mm.

Engineered for both efficiency and sustainability, MINIROLL-1600 features an integrated heat needle sealing system, replacing traditional tape sealing to significantly reduce plastic waste. A cantilever shaft design allows quick and effortless loading of the mother roll, greatly improving operational convenience. Recognized as one of the most efficient and reliable rewinding machines in Taiwan, it delivers consistent performance in demanding production environments.

To ensure maximum reliability, the rewinding unit includes a proximity switch control that automatically stops the machine in case of malfunction, reducing downtime and safeguarding product quality. The system also features a fully motorized nip roll cylinder and a built-in pneumatic cutting mechanism, guaranteeing stable material feeding and precise cutting. For enhanced flexibility, this upgraded version offers an optional tape dispenser to seal finished rolls, combining improved safety with higher production efficiency.

Key features of the machine: purpose-built for rewinding air bubble film (bubble Ø 10 mm) and EPE foam (thickness 1–5 mm); integrated heat needle roll sealing system; optional tape dispenser for sealing finished rolls; maximum mother roll diameter from 1,500mm (up to 30 kg per roll); production width range of 300–1,600 mm; finished roll length of 3–55m; rewinding diameter range of 80–420mm.

The production capacity of the machine includes: 3m air bubble rolls in approx. 190–200 rolls/hour; 5m air bubble rolls produced at approx. 180 rolls/hour; 10m air bubble rolls in approx. 140 rolls/hour (≈ 2.5 rolls/min).
