All Metals is proud to announce the addition of a Kitamura Supercell-300G 5-Axis Horizontal Machining Center.

All Metals Fabricating has taken another major step toward becoming one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the United States with the installation of a Kitamura Supercell-300G 5-Axis Horizontal Machining Center—the first of its kind in Texas. This state-of-the-art addition to the company’s CNC machining department expands both its precision capabilities and lights-out manufacturing capacity, reinforcing All Metals’ leadership in innovation and automation.

The Supercell-300G represents the cutting edge of multi-axis machining technology. Designed for the production of complex, high-precision components, it integrates a 20-station automatic pallet changer, ±0.002 mm positioning accuracy, and an advanced control system that ensures consistent repeatability across high-volume runs. These features allow All Metals Fabricating to meet the most demanding tolerance requirements while significantly improving throughput and efficiency.

“For 70 years, All Metals has been recognized as one of the best sheet metal fabricators in the country,” said Lance Thrailkill, CEO of All Metals Fabricating. “Now, after significant investments in our machining department, we believe we’re one of the top machine shops as well. Our enhanced capabilities allow us to support more of our customers’ manufacturing needs under one roof.”

The new machining center also strengthens the company’s lights-out manufacturing operations—allowing automated, unmanned production that operates continuously, even outside of standard working hours. This investment helps reduce production costs for complex parts while maintaining the company’s hallmark quality and precision.

“We’re proud to be an early adopter of this excellent machine,” Thrailkill added. “Kitamura is a deeply respected brand, and their reputation for engineering excellence aligns perfectly with ours. Bringing this level of technology to Texas manufacturing is exciting—not just for All Metals, but for our customers who expect world-class performance and reliability.”

With this investment, All Metals Fabricating continues to drive American manufacturing forward. By integrating advanced automation and precision engineering, the company remains steadfast in its mission to deliver innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that set new standards for modern manufacturing.
