Top Moments: 2025 DwyerOmega Asia-Pacific Partner Conference

The DwyerOmega 2025 Asia Pacific Partner Conference was successfully held from 24th Sep to 25th Sep in Phuket, Thailand. With Conference Theme "Power of One Stronger as One", partners from 14 countries gathered to witness the strong development power of DwyerOmega in the Asia-Pacific region. Let's take a look back at the exciting moments.

 A Shared Vision for the Future

On the first day, DwyerOmega global leaders delivered a comprehensive agenda from company vision to regional support frameworks. Global President, Naoto Mizuta, expounded on a clear course toward sustained growth, and then Mike Murray, Chief Commercial Officer, defined the winning value proposition that cements DwyerOmega's role as the partner of choice. APAC Vice President Du Xiaohan outlined the measures that make DwyerOmega and its partners stronger as one, and what operations will be diversified to better serve local markets.

Deep Dive into Marketing and Applications

This session provided partners with a comprehensive toolkit for driving growth. Tim Howlett, Global Chief Marketing Officer, and Nicole Quinzi, Commercial Marketing Director, presented on marketing initiatives to support partner growth, while Ganesh R, Director of Commercial Excellence, introduced how to leverage AI to power business growth.

For products and appliactions, the Chief Product Officer Ignacio Aguirre provided an overview of the products and applications. This was followed by a series of focused, application-centric presentations from our global product leaders: Bryan Siafakas, James Pickering, Varun Merchant, Adam Schleyhahn, Peter Kubietz, Steve Duncan and Louis Paradis.Their presentations focused on the product technologies and application illustration, featuring an extensive suite of high precision measurement capabilities—including differential pressure, flow, temperature, humidity, dew point, level,oxygen, etc.

Breakout Session by Regions

We also featured regional breakout sessions to foster communication and share insights among participants from the same areas. As a rapidly growing region, partners from Southeast Asia had wonderful discussions and shared their market experience in product applications.

Vibrant Awards Celebration

After a full first day of meetings, with an enthusiastic toast from global CEO Chuck Dubois, the DwyerOmega Awards dinner was kicked off in a relaxed atmosphere, and dedicated to celebrate excellence and honor the outstanding achievements of our partners. It is worth mentioning that the Award Dinner was hosted by Singapore DDB Team Leader Jocelyn, Yeo.

Product Sub-forums

The second day of the conference featured four dedicated sub-forums, each led by our APAC product managers,Chris Zhao, Sijie Lan, Libin, Sudeep Mamde. They centered on the key verticals: BMS, Test & Measurement, Process, Equipment.

• BMS mainly focused on the application practice of key instruments in BMS management systems with analysis of the monitoring principles of differential pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters and humidity transmitters.
• Test & Measurement mainly centered on reliable measurement accelerating innovation in harsh conditions.
• Process mainly highlighted on monitoring technology and applications for critical parameters in process industries.
• Equipment mainly showed critical sensor applications in industrial equipment.

At last, DO Market offered six interesting mission-based games to increase awareness of brands and products, which boosted the engagement and deepened our connections with partners.
