Jarkko Tuominen takes role as CEO of Paptic

Jarkko Tuominen has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Paptic Ltd  effective 1 January 2026, following the earlier announcement of his appointment in 2025. This change in leadership is designed to accelerate the company’s growth and position Paptic as a leader in fiber-based packaging materials.

Under Jarkko Tuominen’s leadership, Paptic will refine its focus on customer value creation, strengthen its customer and manufacturing relationships, and advance the use of sustainable, fibre-based flexible packaging solutions across target segments globally.

Jarkko succeeds Tuomas Mustonen, who concludes his more than ten-year tenure as CEO.

Paptic Ltd is a Finnish innovation company specializing in renewable and recyclable flexible packaging materials. Founded in 2015, the company produces Paptic® materials designed to replace plastics and other conventional materials in flexible packaging applications. Industrial-scale production of Paptic® began in 2018. Today, Paptic employs 41 professionals, and its materials have been delivered to customers in more than 50 countries.
