Founded in 2002, Tianyue Plastics initially focused on injection molding. Over the past two decades, the company has expanded its capabilities to include mold development, injection molding, surface treatment, and assembly, serving industries such as home appliances, automotive, and small appliances with integrated manufacturing solutions.
As its manufacturing capacities continue to expand, Tianyue has also upgraded its production system, gradually moving toward digitalization and lean manufacturing.
Moving from standalone injection molding to a more integrated manufacturing chain has placed higher demands on production management and molding capabilities. Dimensional variations can affect downstream assembly, unstable surface quality can increase quality control pressure, and fluctuations in production rhythm can further impact scheduling and delivery.
As product variety and manufacturing processes expand, Tianyue’s equipment requirements have shifted from simply “making the product” to ensuring dimensional accuracy, appearance consistency, mold compatibility, and long-term process stability.
Every Expansion, A New Choice
Over the past two decades, Tianyue’s equipment investment has evolved step by step. As product lines expanded, capacity increased, and molds and processes changed, different models and tonnages of Welltec machines were introduced to meet different production needs. Each application requires different capabilities. Small parts demand high injection repeatability to maintain consistent dimensions and appearance, while larger products require careful consideration of clamping force, platen strength, mold compatibility, and process stability.
This means every expansion was not simply a repeat of the previous investment. Each decision was made based on the specific products, materials, molds, and production requirements at that stage.

In 2021, Tianyue’s smart manufacturing workshop was put into operation.With centralized material feeding, automated part removal, and digital management introduced into production, injection molding machines became an integrated part of the entire manufacturing chain rather than standalone equipment.
Tianyue’s smart manufacturing system was developed based on its own production needs. Welltec focuses on the injection molding process, ensuring stable operation and process compatibility while working seamlessly with material feeding, part removal, and production cycles.
