The platform uses a 2D drawing or 3D model as a single source of truth, linking product requirements, inspection results and quality reports directly to the original design intent. This connected approach can reduce manual interpretation, eliminate fragmented workflows and minimize rework, delays and quality risks across internal teams and suppliers.

 

High QA automatically balloons 2D drawings and 3D models, extracts geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and product manufacturing information (PMI), generates inspection plans and collects measurement data. It can also produce important automotive quality documentation, including production part approval process (PPAP) reports, in significantly less time.

 

Inspection results, statistical process control data, non-conformance reports and supporting documentation are managed within one system, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual data entry.

 

The platform integrates with existing CMMs, metrology solutions such as PolyWorks, and enterprise resource planning and product lifecycle management systems.
