CLF marked successful TaipeiPLAS 2026 presence with smart, AI integrated solutions

Chuan Lih Fa (CLF) presented a variety of injection molding solutions through three different machines, featuring two-color injection, all-electric technology, and AI-smart injection at TaipeiPLAS, attracting visitors to the company’s booth during the show.

For smart injection, the machine is integrated with an AI system that can automatically optimize and adjust key injection molding parameters based on actual production conditions. This helps customers reduce the time and cost required for mold trials, while also maintaining stable and consistent production during daily operation. Through this technology, CLF aims to make the molding process more efficient, intelligent, and easier to manage.

Another key highlight is CLF’s  digital services, including the 3D Machine Showroom and AI Sales & Technical Support Platform. The 3D showroom allows customers to explore CLF’s large-scale machines online, while the AI platform provides preliminary machine selection advice and basic troubleshooting support across different time zones.

CLF has been recognized in its innovations at TaipeiPLAS 2026. This year, CLF received the Excellence Award (AI Intelligent Machinery). 

In recent years, CLF has also continued to strengthen its focus on medium, large, and ultra-large injection molding machines. This year, CLF launched the first 5000 tons and sold to America. Throughout the show, CLF demonstrated its capabilities in large-scale equipment, customized design, and complete molding solutions.

For CLF, this exhibition is not only about displaying machines. It is about showing how the company can integrate equipment, AI technology, and digital services to provide customers with more complete injection molding solutions.
