Extrusion solutions are among the highlights of TaipeiPLAS 2026 where exhibitors demonstrated their innovations to meet market demand for efficiency and greater productivity. At TaipeiPLAS 2026, International Plastics News for Asia had the chance to visit the booth of BKWELL Intelligent Equipment (Thailand) / JWELL Group. Mr. Alan, Sales Manager, represented the company.
The company’s presence at TaipeiPLAS 2026 aimed to introduced BKWELL and JWELL's latest plastic extrusion solutions, with a focus on high efficiency, energy saving, automation and stable production. The solutions cover different applications including plastic pipe, profile, sheet and other extrusion products. “We focus not only on increasing production capacity, but also on helping customers reduce energy consumption, improve product quality and make the production process easier to operate,” according to Alan. Another important advantage is that the company can provide customized production lines according to the customer's material, product size, capacity and application.
Today’s plastic manufacturers are looking for higher production efficiency while also trying to reduce energy consumption, labor cost and material waste. Customers also expect machines to be more automated and easier to control, while maintaining stable product quality at higher production speeds. “Because of these market requirements, JWELL and BKWELL continue to develop our extrusion technology, including screw and barrel design, extrusion control, automation systems, energy-saving technology and complete production-line integration. Our goal is to provide equipment that is practical for customers and can help them improve both production efficiency and product quality,” Alan continues.
The company’s main target customers are plastic manufacturers producing products such as HDPE, PVC, PPR and other plastic pipes, as well as sheet, profile and other extrusion products. But as Alan notes, “different customers have different requirements, such as pipe diameter, wall thickness, material, number of layers and production capacity. We therefore focus on providing customized extrusion solutions based on the customer's actual production requirements.” BWELL/JWELL strives to meet customers’ demands for stable production, high output, lower energy consumption, good product quality, easy operation and reliable long-term production.
To date, the company supplies its products to customers in many international markets with Southeast Asia being an important market, especially Thailand and surrounding countries. It is also actively developing customers in the Middle East, South Asia and other regions.
Alan has been working with customers: “From my experience working with customers, many projects require more than a standard machine. Customers may need specific pipe sizes, wall thicknesses, raw materials, production capacities or multilayer structures. We first understand the final product and production requirements, and then our technical team recommends a suitable machine configuration for the customer's actual needs.”
Meeting future challenges
For sustainability, BWELL/JWELL continues to improve energy efficiency and material utilization in its extrusion systems, helping customers reduce unnecessary energy consumption and material waste. For productivity and energy efficiency, its extrusion lines are designed for stable high-output production with automated control and energy-saving components.
For end-product quality, accurate control of extrusion temperature, pressure, speed, cooling and downstream equipment helps maintain consistent product dimensions and quality. “We believe good equipment should not only produce faster, but should also help customers produce more consistently and efficiently,” according to Alan.
Moving forward, the company plans to continue expanding its international business, especially in Southeast Asia and other growing markets. “BKWELL Thailand allows us to be closer to customers in this region and provide better communication, technical coordination and after-sales support,” Alan adds.
At the same time, JWELL and BKWELL will continue developing more automated, energy-efficient and intelligent extrusion solutions. Our direction is to provide customers not only with individual machines, but with complete production solutions based on their actual requirements.
