
The Protein Summit 2013 is the merger of three Bridge2Food platforms, which have successfully organised since 2008, The Protein Summit, Protein Technology innovations, and Food Protein innovations. The annual platform for the global protein industry will be held on 24-25 September in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The food, feed and petfood sectors will be represented by Unilever, Nestlé, Barilla, Danone, Mars, Hill's, Kellogg's, General Mills, Mueller, and other companies. In technology, GEA, Alfa Laval, Pall, Koch Membrane Systems, Upfront, Bühler, Parker, Bodec, Clextral, Wenger, and Coperion, are amongst participants. Ingredients companies expected to attend are Kerry Foods, Cargill, DSM,
DuPont, FrieslandCampina, Volac, ovozymes, and Burcon. Institutions such as Frauenhofer, VTT, TSB, NIZO, Leatherhead, Azti, TNO, and Wageningen University, will be in attendance.
