7-layer blown extrusion line

S&H Special New Material(Jiang Yin) Co., Ltd. has added to its barrier film capacity with a new 7-layer blown film extrusion line from a local extrusion system manufacturer General Extrusion Technology (GET), Ltd of China. According to Mr. Jian Peng, General Manager of GET, the company further demonstrated its capabilities in multi-layer film extrusion technologies by delivering such a sophisticated extrusion system to a top barrier film processor. The film quality was accepted by its customer with total consumption of 175 kg of nylon and 75 kg of EVOH each only. This model will benefit barrier film customers because of the high quality and competitively priced machined. The 7-layer blown film line is equipped with seven 60 mm smoothed bore extruders, a 500 mm low profile spiral mandrel 7-layer coextrusion die, Autoprofile air ring with 116 control zones, horizontal oscillating haul-off and two back to back central surface winders, all designed, manufactured and assembled by GET. The complete line control system including autoprofile control and IBC control, gravimetric batch blender and barrier film gauge are supplied by Doteco of Italy and Kundig of Switzerland, respectively.
