7-layer blown film system

The 7-layer blown film system is equipped with two 60 mm, four 50 mm and one 40 mm smooth bore extruders, a 450 mm low profile spiral mandrel 7-layer coextrusion die, Autoprofile air ring with 110 control zones, horizontal oscillating haul-off, all designed, manufactured and assembled by GET. The complete line control system is provided by Sysmetric of Israel and barrier gauge by Kundig of Switzerland. Plastopil purchased the new line and will use  it to extrude both nylon and EVOH film with the thickness arrange from 20-200 um and width upto 1,600 mm, for an output of upto 300 kg/h.
