How does Narosé reflect the beauty philosophy rooted in Thai herbal traditions?
Narosé was born from a deep passion for natural aromas — especially Thai herbs and flowers — combined with a love for hair, natural beauty and health. To us, healthy, vibrant hair brings joy. That belief led to learning and developing eco-friendly hair and scalp care products made with natural extracts. Our brand proudly focuses on time-honored local Thai ingredients like soapberry and neem for their antifungal and anti-hair loss properties, along with signature floral notes from ylang-ylang, orchid, blue pea, hibiscus, and calendula to enhance both performance and sensory experience.
Your products have a signature natural aromatic experience and focus on scalp wellness. How do you ensure both performance and sensory delight in your formulations?
We combine traditional Thai herbal ingredients and Thai floral extract with our unique formulation. For example, our best-selling Bamboo Charcoal Detoxifying Shampoo blends Neem, Soapberry, Moringa, Bai-yanang, and Tinospora to deeply cleanse, soothe irritation, and prepare the scalp wellness for hair health nourishment.
We found that bamboo charcoal is also rich in nourishment minerals, detoxifies, absorbs scalp oil and releases negative ions and far-infrared energy to stimulate circulation and reduce hair loss.
All our products are naturally aromatic, using Thai floral notes that offer an oriental floral scent — a spa-like experience that customers truly enjoy. Our products won The Prime Minister Herbal Awards and Premium Herbal Products of Thailand recognition for six consecutive years.
Are all your products “free from” harmful ingredients?
With extensive experience selecting product ingredients for customers with sensitive scalps and hair concerns, we found that many issues stem from harsh chemicals. So, we committed to replacing them with safe, natural alternatives. We removed SLS, SLES, silicones, parabens, artificial color, and mineral oil — all of which may lead to buildup, clogged follicles, scalp irritation, and even hair loss. For example, silicones may leave hair shiny initially but can block nutrient absorption over time. Parabens, though useful as preservatives, may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions. We are deeply committed to research and development to ensure the highest natural product quality. Our clean formula philosophy ensures long-term scalp health and customer confidence.
How do you design the sensory experience of your products to stand out in a highly competitive market?
Unlike synthetic perfumes, we carefully craft our scents to reflect the subtle, lingering scent of the natural beauty of Thai flower extracts. Our customers often describe their cleaning scalps and relaxing fragrance experiences as personal spa moments. It leads to word of mouth and loyal customers. Many return because their hair stays fresh longer, especially those who cover their heads, like hijab wearers, who appreciate how our products help reduce scalp odor and do not need daily hair washing. Feedback like this inspires us to continuously improve and help our brand remain strong in a competitive market.
Finally, what are the company's future expansion goals?
Our goal is to establish one exclusive distributor per country and introduce Thai herbal hair care to the global market. Beyond hair care and scalp treatment, we plan to develop a full range of styling and coloring products, all aligned with our natural philosophy. Every product should be eco-conscious, from ingredients to packaging. These innovations will enrich our brand story, add value, and ensure that customers not only enjoy our products but also connect with the meaning behind them “Beautiful hair with Beautiful care”.
