Already deployed in flagship stores across London, Paris, Dubai, Milan, Shanghai, and New York, the AI Skin Observer uses biophysical sensors and advanced facial imaging to evaluate up to 22 skin parameters under multiple lighting conditions. A simplified web version is now available in the US, UK, and France, extending Clarins’ commitment to accessible innovation.

This breakthrough is part of Clarins’ Beauty Tech division, following successful launches such as the Lip Oil Factory and MyBlend LED mask. Developed in collaboration with start-ups and backed by years of Clarins laboratory research, the AI Skin Observer empowers beauty advisors to focus on personalized consultations while technology reveals deeper insights invisible to the naked eye.
