AXISCADES strengthens its leadership team, appoints Shashidhar SK as CFO

AXISCADES Technologies Ltd., a leading end-to-end engineering and technology solutions company catering to the aerospace, defence, heavy engineering, automotive, energy, medical & healthcare sectors, announced the appointment of Shashidhar SK as the Chief Financial Officer effective January 03, 2022. Shashidhar joins AXISCADES from StoveKraft Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in the turnaround of the Company. He spearheaded and successfully concluded its IPO in February 2021.

Shashidhar's appointment comes at a time when AXISCADES is investing in the digital space to fully leverage the massive growth opportunities and expand its offerings and research capabilities to further drive profitability.

Shashidhar is a thorough business leader who brings with him close to three decades of experience and expertise in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance, encompassing the entire gamut of the financial reporting process, internal controls, strategy, commercial, fundraising, IPOs, treasury, forex, international contracts, governance, risk and compliance, ERP, direct and indirect taxes, legal and business operations.

His previous assignment was with WaterHealth Inc as Vice President & Global CFO. Prior to this, he served as the CFO & Company Secretary with Tata Advanced Materials Ltd., for more than 8 years. His earlier stints include with the Inlaks Group, Carrier Refrigeration, and a subsidiary of Glaxo SmithKline.
