Automatic sardine cooker from Hermasa Canning Technology

Hermasa Canning Technology, based in Vigo, Spain, is a global leader in machinery for tuna and sardine canning. The company will showcase its automatic sardine cooker at ProPak Asia. A key feature of the process is cooking the fish packed in cans, where the cans are inverted so that the juices (oil and water) produced during cooking drain away, and subsequently recycled. The process improves the product’s appearance and flavor.
