The company will showcase its automatic sardine cooker at ProPak Asia. A key feature of the process is cooking the fish packed in cans, where the cans are inverted so that the juices (oil and water) produced during cooking drain away, and subsequently recycled. The process improves the product’s appearance and flavor.
