The solution delivers end-to-end transparency and intelligence – from quality inspection and roasting management to energy monitoring – enhancing efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Bühler’s practical application on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) fields demonstrates the unique advantages of the Chinese market in the large-scale application of technology.
Die casting revolution Bühler’s integrated die-casting solution Carat 920 won the “Innovation Pioneer Award”. It allows automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers to cost-efficiently produce large and complex structural components in aluminum or magnesium. With more than 50 megacasting solutions sold worldwide, Bühler is accelerating innovation across key markets including China, Europe, the Americas, Japan, and Vietnam. “This honor reflects our team’s dedication and the trust of our partners,” said Mathias Manser, Quality Management Manager, Die Casting. “We will continue to empower the industry through technology and contribute to global manufacturing advancement.”
Excellence and tradition – exclusive Legacy Award Since entering the Chinese market in 1983, Bühler Group has consistently deepened its local development with the spirit of Swiss precision manufacturing. This year, it was honored with the “Legacy Award” specially established by the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce – a distinction awarded to enterprises operating in China for over 20 years that embody distinctive Swiss brand characteristics. This recognition not only affirms Bühler’s four decades of unwavering commitment to advancing Sino-Swiss technological collaboration and industrial upgrading but also exemplifies the “long-termism” philosophy of Swiss enterprises in the Chinese market.
The honor and success of winning these awards will promote deeper cooperation with the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and partners from both countries, drive industrial modernization through smart equipment and green technologies, and at the same time give a lasting boost to economic cooperation between China and Switzerland through long-term mechanisms such as talent promotion and joint standard setting – thus jointly opening a new chapter of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. |
