FOOD TAIPEI MEGA SHOWS 2026 will open on June 24 across three venues: the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 and Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 and 2, bringing together nearly 1,800 exhibitors and 4,750 booths, making it the largest edition in recent years.

The event integrates five co-located exhibitions—FOOD TAIPEI, FOODTECH TAIPEI, BIO/PHARMATECH TAIWAN, TAIPEI PACK, and TAIWAN HORECA—covering the full food industry value chain from ingredients and processing to packaging and foodservice.
Smart Eating × Green Living
Under the theme “Smart Eating × Green Living,” the 2026 show moves beyond a traditional trade platform to a forward-looking arena shaping the global food system. It highlights how AI, automation, and sustainability are transforming food production, while Taiwan’s strengths in semiconductors, precision manufacturing, and systems integration drive advances in food processing, smart packaging, and low-carbon supply chains.
Fresh Living Pavilion debuts
A key highlight is the debut of the Fresh Living Pavilion at TWTC Hall 1, focusing on precision nutrition, plant-based innovation, and healthy-aging solutions. The pavilion brings together leading companies from Taiwan and abroad, including NEW-IN, MING CHYI BIOTECHNOLOGY, K&K FOODS, alongside international exhibitors such as CAHOKIA RICE (USA) and VITAMIN BOTTLE LTD. (Hungary), showcasing innovations ranging from functional ingredients to next-generation health foods.
The “Funtasty Recharge” zone will showcase ready-to-market applications such as plant-based braised pork rice and low-sugar functional bubble tea.
Record international participation
This year’s show features exhibitors from 33 countries and 21 national pavilions. Notably, FOOD TAIPEI has, for the first time, been designated a USDA Endorsed Trade Show by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, highlighting its role as a key platform for agricultural trade in Asia. Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia expanded participation, alongside Latin American partners and Belize.
Meanwhile, Taiwan’s Ministry of Agriculture will lead the Taiwan Pavilion alongside 16 local government pavilions, showcasing the island’s agricultural innovation, food R&D capabilities, and diverse regional specialties.
Driving industry growth and sustainability
Alongside the exhibition, the Food Taipei Forum-Beyond Progress to Evolution and Wellness & Nutrition Summit will focus on AI, digital transformation, and consumer trends.
The event will also host a series of foods industry supply chain sourcing meetings, connecting global buyers and suppliers. Meanwhile, the Green Vision Awards will recognize ESG leadership and sustainable innovation.
FOOD TAIPEI MEGA SHOWS 2026 serves as a platform for industry collaboration across technology, trade, and sustainability.
