The flagship event Fi Asia and Vitafoods Asia hosted together this year for the first time, will be open to the region’s food and beverage manufacturing industry from 5-7 October 2022 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand.
Fi Asia brings together local, regional and global ingredients suppliers, distributors and F&B manufacturers, while Vitafoods focuses on nutraceutical ingredients and finished dietary supplement solutions. These events will gather 600 exhibitors and an estimated 21,000 trade visitors. Among exhibitors are IFF, Glanbia, Lonza, Beneo, Royal DSM, and more.
Thailand is the 13th largest food exporter in the world and the 2nd largest in Asia, thanks to its high-quality offerings and variety of product lines across different markets. According to the National Food Institute, food exports in Thailand are expected to fetch $ 35.820 billion this year, a likely new record. It seems clear that even with its small population as compared to Indonesia, Thailand is well positioned in terms of food and beverage production but to remain so, will be reliant on F&B companies continuing to deliver quality and consistency. Two such companies at Fi Asia 2022 that are already doing this are, ‘SMS Corporation Co’ who do innovative food starch’ and, ‘Premium Foods Co’ who do dehydrated and frozen products and liquid flavours.
Both events are digital enabled events to allow visitors and exhibitors to connect ahead of the event. By registering for Vitafoods Asia 2022, visitors can not only access the dedicated online platform, but also both in person Vitafoods Asia and Fi Asia events in Bangkok.
Highlights of this year’s event include:
· Main stage showcasing expert content on key trends and themes from the region
· Probiotics and Omega 3 Resource Centres
· New Products Zone
· Tasting Centre
