SVZ, a global supplier of premium fruit and vegetable ingredients, showcased purees, concentrates, NFC juices, and IQF formats at Fi Asia 2025

SVZ provides 100% natural fruit and vegetable ingredients in different formats—from purees to concentrates, and Not-From-Concentrate (NFC) juices, meeting the growing demand for clean-label products in Southeast Asia.

By focusing on the inherent nutritional value of fruit and vegetable ingredients, SVZ offers solutions—like fiber-rich kale or iron-rich spinach—that meet the region’s health-conscious trends, including reduced sugar and enhanced nutritional value, according to Simon Hoogenkamp, Asian Team Manager at SVZ. Their formulations are processed in halal- and kosher-certified factories in Europe, ensuring suitability for diverse Asian markets.

“Consumers in Asia are increasingly seeking natural and clean products,” he said. “SVZ’s 100% natural fruit and vegetable purees and juices meet that demand head-on.”

At Fi Asia, SVZ’s booth featured vibrant concepts built around red fruits and vegetables, ingredients that not only deliver bold flavor but also pack a nutritional punch. According to Hoogenkamp, fruit remains dominant in food and beverage, but vegetables are gaining ground for their fiber, vitamins, and naturally lower sugar content.

The company’s approach to formulation goes beyond health. “We’re presenting concepts with colorful combinations—pumpkin orange, yellow bell pepper, yellow carrot,” Hoogenkamp said. These vibrant profiles not only appeal to the eye but also inspire new product development for brands looking to stand out.

Going hand in hand with the production of clean-label ingredients, SVZ advocates a stronger sustainability platform.

“Sustainability is a key focus across our entire supply chain. By 2030, we aim for 100% of our core products to be sustainably sourced,” Hoogenkamp said. With factories located in the heart of Europe’s growing regions, SVZ maintains close relationships with farmers, ensuring traceability and responsible sourcing from field to factory.

As SVZ looks toward 2026, the company sees Asia as a region ripe for growth. “We believe sustainability and clean-label products will continue to gain traction in Asia. Consumers are moving toward simplicity, transparency, and natural ingredients,” Hoogenkamp said. “We’re proud to support that shift with trusted products and a long-standing presence in the region.”

SVZ’s participation in Fi Asia underscores its role as a bridge between European quality and Asian consumer needs. With a portfolio built on natural innovation and a vision grounded in sustainability, SVZ is helping shape the future of food and beverage, one puree at a time.
