What's new in Neutrogena Skin360®?
An upgraded analysis engine with significantly enhanced algorithmic accuracy will enable more precise identification of individual skin concerns to deliver more accurate product recommendations.
Users can now explore suggested products for all skin concerns, beyond just the one they selected, without having to restart the survey. The results page has been redesigned to be more intuitive, featuring prominently displayed key ingredients tailored to the user's specific skin concern, more engaging score presentation, and a highlighted "must-have" product that offers the most substantial benefits for addressing their primary skin concern.
The experience starts with Haut.AI's LIQA™ (Live Image Quality Assurance) system, which helps users take high-quality, well-lit, and properly positioned selfies for accurate skin analysis. Simplified input to one selfie only, and the opportunity to both take the selfie live or upload your own, remove previous user friction. The app then evaluates eight skin indicators—hydration, smoothness, even skin tone, radiance, firmness, dark spots, wrinkles, and clear skin—and generates an Overall Skin360™ Score rated from 1 to 10.
These results, combined with responses to a few questions, yield personalized product recommendations and a complete morning and evening skincare regimen including the latest and greatest in Neutrogena® product innovation. Consumers can benefit not only from faster and more accurate assessments, but also from more targeted product recommendations tailored to their evolving skin profiles.
The refreshed Neutrogena Skin360® is now available across the U.S. and Canada via Neutrogena's brand websites and select retail partners.
