Coreless stretch film continues to gain significant market share, having overtaken the 25% threshold of the total stretch film market in Europe alone. In this context, COLINES® announces that it has set a game-changing standard in the in-line production of coreless stretch film. 

Thanks to a special technology kit, with fully pneumatic system air-shafts, developed jointly with NO.EL® (which is part of the COLINES® Holding Group) and based on a historic patent of the company, ALLRollEX® lines can guarantee the production of the coreless film in line at over 500 m/min, with further significant improvements coming soon, on both 2'' and 3'' reels with all thickness-range.

COLINES®-NO.EL® technology guarantees an increase in production speed estimated of over 70% compared to competitors and resolves all the critical issues of low-reliability and low-speed of the current systems. Moreover, the quality of the finished product is also superior to those previously achieved thanks to COLINES®’ VPA (Virtual Production Assistant) MASTERMIND®.

The kit for the production of coreless rolls in line can be equipped as an option on all new COLINES® ALLRollEX® lines, which means COLINES® is now far ahead in the future of stretch film extrusion.
