Ipack Ima renews its Board of Directors

Ipack Ima Srl, organizer of IPACK-IMA, Pharmintech and Bevertech, has renewed its Board of Directors. In office since April 9, 2026, the new board confirms the company’s shared governance model between its two shareholders — UCIMA and Fiera Milano — while ensuring continuity in the strategic direction guiding the company’s exhibition ecosystem.

Valerio Soli, Chief Executive Officer of Marchesini Group, remains Chairman of the Board and President of Ipack Ima, while Simone Castelli is Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of Ipack Ima.

The Board includes Gian Paolo Crasta, General Director of ACIMAC and UCIMA, Simona Greco, Hosted Exhibitions Director at Fiera Milano, and Massimo De Tullio, Group Chief Financial Officer of Fiera Milano, all of whom served on the previous Board.

Joining the Board for the first time, representing UCIMA, are Maurizio Bertocco, Chief Executive Officer of ILPRA, and Alberto Cirio, General Director of AROL.

The Board brings together industrial, exhibition and financial expertise, directly reflecting the strengths of its two shareholders: on one side, UCIMA, the Italian association of packaging machinery manufacturers; on the other, Fiera Milano, one of the leading exhibition operators worldwide. This dual foundation — industrial and exhibition-based — is the cornerstone of Ipack Ima’s business model and a key driver of its continued growth.

The Board renewal comes at a pivotal stage in the development of Ipack Ima’s exhibition portfolio, from the launch of Bevertech, scheduled to take place at Fiera Milano from 17 to 20 November 2026, to the roadmap leading towards IPACK-IMA and Pharmintech 2028, which will be held concurrently from 29 May to 1 June 2028.
