Apart from being able to control multiple axis movements simultaneously and demanding high grinding precision, the number of grinding wheel mounts determines whether the complex profile design of the tool meets the user's needs. After careful evaluation, the company has introduced CNC grinding machines from Switzerland and Australia to support customers’ demand.

 

Hardening during processing, poor thermal conductivity, tool susceptibility to wear, and fiber delamination or damage are common cutting characteristics of composite materials. Kenturn has introduced unique tool measuring instruments in Taiwan to strictly control the dimensions and angles of each part of the tool, ensuring consistent tool quality. Microscopic examination of blade edges is crucial in appearance inspection. Blade edge chipping can easily propagate during machining, resulting in poor machining surfaces and shortened tool life. Therefore, we conduct inspections with standards higher than industry norms to ensure the quality of each tool.

 

The company’s cutting tool products are widely used in semiconductor wafer processing, like various deep hole drilling. For moulds of optical lenses, Kenturn's miniature end mills meet the stringent requirements of high precision and durability.
