Klüber Lubrication acquires TriboServ

Klüber Lubrication, a global leader in specialty lubricants, has acquired TriboServ GmbH & Co. KG, the German company specializing in the development of automatic lubricators and customized lubrication systems based in Geldersheim in the Franconia region. With this acquisition, Klüber Lubrication strategically expands its portfolio to secure further growth. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Both companies view the partnership as an ideal complement to their respective strengths and expect significant growth potential, particularly through collaboration in sales, application engineering, and customer service.
