Kraiburg TPE is launching new thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) for the automotive, medical, and sustainable markets at Chinaplas 2023. This trade show will take place in Shenzhen, PR China, from April 17-20, 2023.
The company's latest innovations will be on display for customers to see, giving them a chance to improve their product's performance and sustainability while decreasing their environmental impact.
One of the key products that Kraiburg TPE will highlight at Chinaplas 2023 is its THERMOLAST® R recycled series, which is aimed at the industrial and consumer markets. The series includes the RC/PCR/AP and RC/FC/PCR/AP compounds, which contain 9-48% post-consumer recycled content (hardness-dependent).
The THERMOLAST® R series was designed for customers needing sustainable TPE solutions that can help reduce their carbon footprint and improve the circular economy. These compounds comply with various regulations, including the FDA CFR21 food contact regulation and REACH and RoHS SVHC substance requirements (Substances of Very High Concern).
Kraiburg TPE will also showcase its new FG/SF/AP series, targeted at the Asia-Pacific automotive interior applications market. These TPEs have been specifically designed to have good adhesion to polypropylene (PP), low density, and controlled levels of emissions and odor.
In addition to these products, Kraiburg TPE will be debuting its THERMOLAST® H series, designed exclusively for the healthcare and medical device applications market in the Asia-Pacific region. These TPEs comply with cytotoxicity ISO 10993-5, GB/T 16886.5, and various global food contact and medical standards, making them ideal for medical devices and other healthcare applications.
