Novvia Group acquires APC Packaging

Global rigid container and life sciences packaging distributor, Novvia Group, has acquired APC Packaging, a based supplier of sustainable, luxury beauty packaging solutions, including plastic and glass containers, closures, and related packaging components. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Novvia is backed by Kelso & Company.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,  APC Packaging primarily serves customers in the premium skincare and cosmetics markets. This acquisition strengthens Novvia’s position in the beauty and personal care segment following the acquisition of Garrett Hewitt International  in May 2025.

Lisa and Christina Lin, primary owners of APC Packaging, will continue to run the business and manage day-to-day operations. “We are extremely excited to partner with Novvia in this next chapter of our company,” said Christina. “We look forward to leveraging Novvia’s scale, relationships, and expertise to enhance our product offerings, expand services, and deliver greater value to our customers,” added Lisa Lin.

The transaction marks Novvia’s continued expansion into consumer packaging, following its recent acquisitions of Saxco International and Garrett Hewitt. “APC is an excellent company that fits well within our growing consumer segment,” said Bob Boucher, CEO of Novvia. “We look forward to partnering with Lisa and her team to build on their growth momentum while leveraging the combined strengths of our organization to scale our beauty packaging platform.”
