Puratos, global leader in premium baking solutions has announced a new joint venture with Guelph Foods Ltd., manufacturer of plant-based egg wash alternatives and premium quality whipping cream in China.
The joint venture will leverage the R&D capabilities and global market resources of Puratos and the UHT production technology, advanced manufacturing and scaled capacity of Guelph in China.
