Puratos and Guelph Foods create joint venture to benefit bakery customers in APAC

Puratos, global leader in premium baking solutions has announced a new joint venture with Guelph Foods Ltd., manufacturer of plant-based egg wash alternatives and premium quality whipping cream in China. 

The joint venture will leverage the R&D capabilities and global market resources of Puratos and the UHT production technology, advanced manufacturing and scaled capacity of Guelph in China.

The newly formed joint venture will adopt a joint management structure, effectively blending Puratos' international management practices with Guelph’s local expertise. This integration will set new benchmarks for product quality, customer service, and efficient innovation.
