TIMTOS 2023 will accommodate more than 6,000 booths to showcase a full line of metal cutting machines, controllers, key components, smart manufacturing solutions and more.

Taipei International Machine Tool Show, also known as “TIMTOS”, is scheduled to return in 2023 from March 6 to 11 in Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1 & 2 and TWTC Hall 1. According to the organizer TAITRA, all exhibit spaces were sold out and the booth allocation will be finished by the end of October 2022. TIMTOS 2023 will accommodate more than 6,000 booths to showcase a full line of metal cutting machines, controllers, key components, smart manufacturing solutions and more. What’s more, three new theme areas are added to feature “Advanced metalworking Technology”, “Additive Manufacturing” and “Future Manufacturing.”

Key players of the global machine tool industry have signed up for TIMTOS 2023. The big names from home and abroad include CHMER, Fair Friend Group, FANUC, HEIDENHAIN, HIWIN, KAFO, MAZAK, Mitsubishi, Siemens, TAKISAWA, TRUMPF, TTGroup, Victor Taichung, YCM, and YOU JI. Switzerland, Germany, the United States and Denmark will also set up national pavilions at TIMTOS 2023. The latest models and smart manufacturing technologies will be found in every aisle of the grand show.

The addition of the brand-new theme areas will add more dynamic to TIMTOS 2023, TAITRA says. The “Additive Manufacturing” area will gather all the latest metal lamination manufacturing technologies. Precision metal processing that leads to the booming business opportunities in electric vehicles, aerospace and low-orbit satellites will be highlighted at the “Advanced Metalworking Technology” area. The “Future Manufacturing” area will put the visitors on the frontier of such new technologies and tools as 5G, AI, digital twins, edge computing, industrial metaverse, collaborative robots, etc.

Being themed with “Keep Rolling in Metalworking,” TIMTOS 2023 aims to link up the global machine tool ecosystem and offer the latest models and diversified innovative solutions to make metal processing smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.
