Building bridges in Southeast Asia, the USA Cheese Guild will feature 10 award-winning cheese producers at the Food&Hotel Asia (FHA) in Singapore, from 25-28 April 2023.

The USA Cheese Guild will feature ten domestic award-winning cheese producers at the Food&Hotel Asia (FHA) – Food & Beverage in Singapore from April 25 to 28, 2023. The Guild seeks to build bridges and change perceptions in Southeast Asia by delivering high-quality, innovative U.S. cheese varieties.

Visitors can taste a range of USA Cheeses, from outstanding handmade artisan to renowned varieties.  Chef Imran, the USA Cheese Guild Cheese Specialist Certification Program instructor and chef consultant, will also perform culinary demonstrations. These tastings will be held daily, at 11 am and 2 pm at the USA Cheese Guild pavilion located in Hall 3, Stand #3L2-01.

In an aim to increase exports to Southeast Asia, the USA Cheese Guild presents ten cheesemakers who offer a wide range of export-ready cheese varieties. For hundreds of years, U.S. cheesemakers have been quietly building a heritage of excellence from farm to plate, drawing on a melting pot of cultures to deliver craftsmanship, innovation, variety and versatility that can complement any global cuisine. With continued award recognition and increased distribution, markets around the globe are discovering the quality and exceptional taste of USA Cheeses.


As the world's largest cheese producer and exporter, the United States has a proud tradition of artisanal cheesemaking that draws from diverse cultural influences. U.S. cheesemakers have mastered over 1,000 unique cheese varieties, ranging from soft, semi-soft and fresh options to hard and aged varieties.


USA Cheese is renowned for its value and versatility, with a wide range of flavour profiles and culinary applications. U.S. cheese varieties can satisfy even the most adventurous palates that require the highest quality, flavour, and authenticity, whether enjoyed alone or as a key ingredient in innovative cuisines.


The USA Cheese Guild continues to work with U.S. cheesemakers to bring a range of USA Cheeses to Southeast Asia and aims to enhance awareness, inspire new culinary creations, and promote cross-cultural exchange by showcasing the craftsmanship, innovation, variety, and versatility of USA Cheeses to the region.

Founded in 1938, Agropur is a top 20 global dairy producer. With sales of $8.4 billion CAD in 2022, it processes more than 14 billion pounds of milk annually at its 31 plants across North America. The producer will showcase its high-quality, award-winning Mozzarella cheese, produced using the pasta filata process, giving the mozzarella its optimal stretch and delicate creamy flavour profile.

Associated Milk Producers Inc (AMPI) is headquartered in New Ulm, Minnesota and is owned by 1,400 dairy farm families from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota. The cooperative’s award-winning cheese, butter and powdered dairy products are marketed to foodservice, retail and food ingredient customers. The producer will showcase American Swiss, Pepper Jack, Cheddar, Colby Jack, Monterey Jack, and Mozzarella cheeses.

Dairy Farmers of America is a milk marketing cooperative and dairy foods processor owned by more than 11,500 diverse family domestic farmers across America. The producer will showcase cheese from some of its 36 cheese farmers, with the complete list here

Wisconsin is The State of Cheese and one of those places that does one thing better than anyone anywhere; for nearly 200 years, Wisconsin cheesemakers have been crafting cheese. Rooted in European cheese-making traditions and dedicated to innovation, Wisconsin offers over 600 varieties, types and styles and is the most awarded cheese in the world. The producer will showcase its specialty cheese including Ricotta, Swiss cheese and Cheddar varieties.
