Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH (WDS) is known worldwide for its depositing accuracy, reliable technology and high-performance confectionery machines “Made in Germany.” Its portfolio covers the full range of depositable masses: chocolate, jelly in starch and starchless jelly, toffee, fondant and hard candy.
Together with their partner Vedic Pac-Systems, WDS will present innovative solutions for confectionery product development and industrial production at Anuga FoodTec, Booth G22 in Hall 3. The company will be showcasing a laboratory depositor as well as innovative solutions and services that enable customers to compete and grow in the global confectionery market.
The centerpiece is a laboratory depositor equipped with a special Triple-Shot depositing system, allowing up to three different masses to be processed simultaneously. Since its depositing and control systems are based on the same proven technology used in WDS industrial plants, product trials can be reliably transferred to large-scale production.

Your product development hub in Pune
Following Anuga FoodTec, the laboratory depositor will be installed at Vedic Pac-Systems in Pune, India, creating a dedicated product development hub for WDS and Vedic customers. The facility will provide an ideal environment for developing, testing and demonstrating new confectionery products and processes.
Customers will be able to conduct practical trials with different masses, recipes and depositing configurations, evaluate product quality and optimise processes under realistic conditions. The results can then be used as a reliable basis for scaling up to industrial WDS production lines.
The Pune facility will also serve as a regional demonstration centre, enabling customers to experience WDS technology firsthand, receive expert support and accelerate the development of new products. The Pune hub complements the fully equipped test centre at WDS headquarters in Germany.
