YI TING Non‑Woven, a Taiwanese manufacturer of engineered nonwoven materials, said it is doubling production capacity to support growing demand in Europe and North America. Yi Ting specializes in biodegradable PLA‑blend materials and precision engineering, which it said aims to cut lead times by up to 30% for brands focused on ESG and supply chain resilience.
According to the company, their expansion will address rising demand for sustainable materials in food and beverage industries. The upgrades include higher monthly output, greater automation, expanded clean‑processing lines, and dedicated slots for large OEM programs. These are important as sustainable, high‑performance materials are now an industry requirement, CEO Kasley Lee said.

The company’s proprietary Pure.F multi‑layer nonwoven fabric platform offers consistent performance, such as maintaining a precise 40‑micron cutoff for coffee filtration. Expanded capabilities include specialized hydrophobic grades and versatile applications for cone and V‑shaped filters.
YI TING’s upgrades also reduce energy consumption and improve traceability of raw materials, helping partners meet stricter sustainability and regulatory requirements in Europe, North America, and Japan. This strengthens long‑term supply chain partnerships.
The expanded lines support tea packaging, agriculture, and eco‑industrial/medical applications. For example, premium tea producers benefit from stronger bonding and lower breakage rates, while agriculture uses lightweight fabrics for frost protection and pest control. Medical‑grade substrates and oil‑absorption bags highlight YI TING’s multi‑sector reach.
Founded in 2015, YI TING specializes in OEM/ODM production of engineered nonwoven materials. Its Pure.F platform supports diverse applications across food & beverage, agriculture, industrial, and medical sectors, with a strong focus on sustainability and compliance.
