Korea's key sectors producing automotive parts, IT related products, packaging among others are increasingly demanding high performance plastics and rubber. Trends suggesting replacement of metal and other traditional materials like glass and concrete being replaced by plastics, production of both materials and machinery in Korea has been on the rise.
At KOPLAS 2015, Korean manufacturers of plastic processing machinery and equipment exhibit side by side with foreign companies to showcase their latest technologies for the Korean market. This year’s edition is concurrently held with INTERMOLD KOREA 2015 & HARFKO 2015, which makes the exhibition an event to catch.

INTERMOLD KOREA (Korea's International Die, Mold and Related Equipment Exhibition), and HARFKO (Heating, Air-Conditioning Refrigeration and Fluid Exhibition) along with KOPLAS will cover the whole KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 as well as even Center 2 for a total of 76,000 sqm space, which is 30% bigger than the exhibition space in the 2013 edition. A total of 900 exhibitors takes up 4,000 booths this year.
KOPLAS 2015 takes place from March 10 to 14 from 10a.m. to 5p.m. at the KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Center). For more information, visit www.koplas.com
