Aminomethyl Propanol (AMP Ultra PC 2000, Angus)    0.90

Phase C

Styrene /Acrylates /Ammonium Methacrylate

Copolyme (SYNTRAN? 5760CG , Interpolymer)        40.00

Phase D

Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol(Optiphen,Ashland)      0.60

Tributylcitrate(Citrofol B1,Jungbunzlauer)            3.00

Procedure

Add water and begin high shear agitation. Disperse remainder of Phase A ingredients in water @30°Cfor 15minutes (homomix). Individually add Phase B ingredients to Phase A. Batch will thicken, adjust agitation to avoid aeration. Slowly add Syntran 5760 CG.  Stir until smooth and homogeneous. Individually add Phase D ingredients. Stir until batch is smooth and homogeneous. Stir with high shear for 30 minutes.  Avoid aeration.
