Advanced roll-fed shrink labels

ELIMINATE more costly shrink sleeve label machinery and operations and improve the end output of existing roll-fed shrink label applications with shrink film for printing shrink labels. Advanced high-shrink roll-fed label films can enable converters and manufacturers to select an efficient and economical method for shrink label application.

Shrink labels from Allen Plastic are available in PVC, PET and PLA for both blown and calendared films. Shrinkage ranges from 3 to 5 per cent MD and 50 to 70 per cent TD depending on the substrate and the type of usage.

In general, the shrink label films can provide up to 75% shrinkage for full body labels for use on highly contoured containers made of glass, metal or plastic.
