Aerodry Plastics Automation launched Nano Gravimetric Batch Blender in collaboration with a Dutch partner; product shown at Plastivision 2020.  
Plastics auxiliary equipment and systems firm Aerodry Plastics Automation launched Nano Gravimetric Batch Blender at Plastivision 2020, held in Mumbai, India. The new product introduced in collaboration with Dutch partner and is economical, reliable and user-friendly blending system. It is suitable for large extruders, blow molding machine designed for efficient dosing for free-flowing thermoplastic materials.
 
“We have globally launched it at the K Show but introduced at the show for the domestic market. The new Nano Gravimetric Blender is introduced in collaboration with Ferlin B.V. Holland,” informed Arun Pundir, Director (Technical), Aerodry Plastics Automation Pvt Ltd.
 
Priced in between about $7,000 to 9,700, nano blender has the capability to carry proper mixing of expensive material as per required properties for making high-end products. Commenting on the product, the executive said, “This is a unique product and has no competition in the domestic market in this particular size.” Aerodry maintains technology alliance for the last one decade with the Netherlands based Ferlin Plastics Automation B.V. for gravimetric batch blending systems and Bolder Automations GmbH for extrusion process control & systems.

Exhibiting for the eighth time at the Plastivision India show, the Noida (near Delhi) based firm has recently signed techno-commercial agreement with Brescia (near Milan) based Nova Frigo Engineering Srl, which is in industrial refrigeration business from last more than four decades recently.
 
As part of further expanding its footprints in the South East Asian market, Aerodry is also considering opening a marketing office in that market. “We are seriously considering opening marketing operation in Thailand to cater the Thai and adjoining market specifically Vietnam etc.”  
Currently, Aerodry exports meagre 10% of the total production, to mainly markets of neighboring countries like Nepal, Bangladesh & Myanmar and to the Middle East.
 
The firm is also  taking advantage of change in terms of export agreement with European technology partners, which opens up new markets for the Indian company. As per revised terms, it has been permitted to explore markets S E Asia and Asia Pacific.
