Alba sponsors major safety and health event in Bahrain

Alba is key participant and sponsor of the 2nd National Occupational Safety and Health Conference and Exhibition taking place from May 26 to 27, 2014 at the Gulf Convention Center, Gulf Hotel, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Alba provided bronze sponsorship for the event taking place from May 26 to 27, 2014 at the Gulf Convention Center. Through its exhibition stand, Alba will highlight the numerous safety campaigns and programmes initiated to enhance the safety culture of the company.

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. ( Alba ) is key participant and sponsor of the 2nd National Occupational Safety and Health Conference and Exhibition taking place from May 26 to 27, 2014 at the Gulf Convention Center, Gulf Hotel, Kingdom of Bahrain.
 
The National Occupational Safety & Health Conference and Exhibition is considered as the largest HSE event in Bahrain for HSE professionals. This year, the event's theme is "Promoting a Preventive Safety and Health Culture", and is held under the Patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister and organised by the Ministry of Labor and the Supreme Committee for Occupational Safety & Health

Alba 's Acting Director for Administration, Abdul Rahman Janahi and Dr. Elham Al Eid, Chief Medical Officer, Alba Health Centre and personnel from the company's Safety, Health and Environment Department will represent the company during the two-day event.

Through its exhibition stand at the event, Alba will focus on the numerous safety campaigns and programmes that have been initiated to enhance the safety culture of the company, as well as highlight the upcoming safety campaign for the summer months.

Commenting on Alba 's participation and sponsorship of the 2nd National Occupational Safety and Health Conference and Exhibition, the company's Acting Director for Administration, Abdul Rahman Janahi said:
