The AMUT GROUP range of thermoforming machines features sturdy structure, an innovative design criteria and high running performances at low energy consumption - qualities that have made these products highly competitive. The company provides both off-line and in-line solutions are provided.
The machines boast a proven strength and durability also under heavy conditions of cutting tougher materials, such as PET and PP at high cycles rate. In particular, the VPK-84 is composed of three stations: forming, steel rule die cutting and stacking.
Technical data: Forming and punching area of 840 x 650 mm; maximum film width of 880 mm; total installed power at 105 kW; forming press of 25 tons; cutting press at 60 tons; dry cycles of 45; forming depth, positive/negative of 130 mm.
The machine features handling system driven by servomotors; 4-columns forming and cutting press; upper and/or lower plug with servomotor; forming with compressed air and/or vacuum; quick clamp system for forming and punching mould, cutting and stacking tools; steel-rule dies heating plate; upper oven partial heating (last pitch); and wall stacker (other versions available).
The AMUT GROUP is also a reliable manufacturer of tailor-made extrusion lines to produce foils, sheets, films, membranes, pipes and profiles. The Recycling Division is highly specialized in washing plants to recover PET bottles and HDPE containers and offers a wide range of machinery for the waste handling and sorting. The newly settled AMUT DOLCI & BIELLONI offers printing machines, blown and cast lines for different multilayer films (stretch, barrier, technical, medical, diapers, PP and masking), coating and laminating lines.
At Chinaplas, the AMUT GROUP shares the booth together with COMI, Italian partner leader in manufacturing customized thermoforming machinery, cutting systems, molds and presses for several types of applications.
