Procedure:
1. Add STRUCTURE XL starch to the water and mix for 10 minutes for complete hydration; add the remained ingredients of Phase A.
2. Add Phase B to the Phase A, then Phase C under moderate agitation.

Viscosity: 4600cps (Brookfield Viscometer RVDV-II+, RV 6#, 10 rpm)
Stability Test: 45oC /Stable (after 1 month, ongoing)
F/T / Stable (after 3 cycles)
