API Foils strengthens management team

BRAND enhancement specialist API has appointed industry experienced lean management professional, George Donaldson at Livingston and printing and packaging professional, Katarzyna Kozinska in Poland.

As the Head of Business Improvement, Mr Donaldson will be responsible for facilitating and deploying continuous improvement, reliability engineering and change management across API Foils Europe. He will be based at the API Foils site in Livingston.

Ms Kozinska has been appointed Country Manager - Poland and will be working from the API Foils site in Warsaw. In her new position, she will have full business responsibility for API Foils in Poland leading a team of 10 in sales and production including Sales Manager Marcin Gąsiorowski who will report directly to Ms Kozinska.

Mr Donaldson used to lead the Newsprinters Eurocentral Scotland Team to being the first Shingo Prize winners in the United Kingdom and the first Newspaper Manufacturer in the World.

Ms Kozinska has worked in various sales and management roles across the printing, graphic arts and packaging industry, including as Area Sales Manager CEE at Avery Dennison.
