App to keep doctors away

THE ‘Photo Recipe Step by Step’ is a new cookery app for iOS developed by Cleverox, a startup company that focuses on gastronomy applications for mobile devices. The food app ushers in a new generation of mobile food preparation aids to motivate consumers to eat healthy but enjoyable meals, in this case via the famed Mediterranean Diet of which several benefits have been confirmed scientifically. The app encourages consumers to lean toward diets incorporating a sufficient portion
of fresh vegetables, olive oil, fish, whole grains and fruits, to lower their risk of developing heart disease and cancer.
