ARBURG expands in Shenzhen

ARBURG China subsidiary in Shenzhen celebrated the official inauguration of its new premises. The move to larger premises will enable the subsidiary to offer better service and improved customer support. 

The move has not only doubled the floor space to 1,250 square meters, but the subsidiary in Shenzhen will also be the first Competence Center for automation in China. 

A large demonstration room with space for three Allrounder machines and storage capacity for seven more injection molding machines will help to further improve customer support in Shenzhen. 

The official opening was duly celebrated as part of the now traditional "Oktoberfest" event attended by around 200 guests. Helmut Heinson, managing director, Sales, and overseas director Andrea Carta represented the German parent company at the celebrations.

In a move to further strengthen the Chinese team, Zhao Tong has now also assumed responsibility for the subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, after having successfully managed the subsidiary in Shanghai for ten years,

In the future, the ARBURG subsidiaries in Shanghai and Shenzhen will work even more closely together.
