Allrounder 470H demonstrates high-speed thin-wall application/ Hidrive series predestined for packaging applications/ Arburg presence in the Indian market

The hybrid Allrounder 470 H achieves a high production capacity, short cycle times and energy efficiency through a combination of servo-electric clamping unit and hydraulic injection unit.

The Plastindia trade fair, to be held in New Delhi from 1 to 6 February 2012, will afford Arburg and its longstanding trading partner, Unimark, an opportunity to demonstrate injection moulding machine technology "Made in Germany". A hybrid Allrounder 470 H injection moulding machine will be used to demonstrate the cost-efficient production of ice cream tubs on stand C4 in Hall 12.

An Allrounder 470H with a clamping force of 1,000 kN and a size 290 injection unit will demonstrate a high-speed, thin-walled application. A 2-cavity mould will be used on the hybrid high-performance machine to produce thin-walled ice cream tubs. The focus will be on production reliability and cost efficiency.
