The hydraulic precision leveling FlatMaster® can level and debur stamping, laser cutting and flame cutting working pieces in a few minutes almost with no residue stress, and make the further processing such as welding, plate bending, edge folding fast and safe. The machine has been used in various sectors, such as railway, aerospace, automotive, construction, engineering machinery, etc. 

Stamping, hardening and laser processing of high strength materials offer efficient solutions for automobile lightweighting. However, parts can also create problems after the processing, including materials deformation and burrs on the surface.
