Arla Foods Ingredients offers ready-made cooking ingredients to help food companies develop and supply natural, healthy, convenient and stable foodservice products for restaurants and catering services. These include cake topping, cooking cream, bake-stable cream cheese, and cheesecake cream cheese. Produced with dairy proteins, they are much higher in protein and significantly lower in fat, calories and carbohydrates than standard equivalent products. Since the ingredients can customized with any color, flavor and inclusions, they can be used to create different kinds of products.
