In keeping with guidelines for air quality, the World Health Organization (WHO) rated 25 days in the Chinese capital in January 2013 alone as unhealthy, hazardous to one's health or even life threatening. IE expo 2014 is meeting the resulting need for specific environmental technologies by expanding the product sector for air pollution control.
The next International Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse, Recycling, Air Pollution Control and Energy Conservation takes place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from May 20 to 22, 2014. Effective immediately, application forms for exhibitors are available online at www.ie-expo.com. The application deadline is March 20, 2014.
The last time that this event was held, 834 exhibitors from 28 countries and some 33,000 visitors from 67 countries participated. In a survey of exhibitors, IE expo 2013 received top marks from exhibiting companies. 85 percent of exhibitors gave the fair a rating of good to excellent for the quality of its exhibitors.
