The new filler for powdered products adopts a Mitsubishi servo motor with PLC control

Auger Enterprise’s new auger filler enables automatic metering and filling of various powdered products.

The filler uses a Japan Mitsubishi servomotor and auger rotation for a high metering accuracy with ±1% tolerance. The Mitsubishi PLC control ensures maximum stability of control performance.

A feedback system adjusts the auger rotation pulse for accurate weight compensation and high filling accuracy. A level control provides connection to material supply system for filling material.

Compared with conventional welded augers with spring loaded, the machine’s outfeed auger material is one-piece manufactured from stainless steel. Its TECO E-class explosion-proof mixing motor prevents dust explosion.
