Aurora Imaging in distribution deal with SUMEC

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – Breast MRI solutions company Aurora Imaging Technology, Inc. announced an exclusive China distribution agreement with the SUMEC Group Corporation (SUMEC), a member of the China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH). Core businesses of SUMEC includes R&D, manufacturing and export of machinery and electric products, including power tools, power machinery, domestic trading, international tendering, and import of technological equipment and production materials.

“This agreement provides us with access to the vital China market, where the need for advanced breast imaging technologies is now critical. The incidence of breast cancer in parts of Asia is increasing rapidly and is catching up with Western rates.
