Procedure
Weigh phase A into beaker and mix with propeller until thick paste is formed. Add phase B, silicone, to phase A and mix until uniform, heating to 45°C. Continue to phase C, color dispersions, and add to phase A and B maintaining the temperature at 45°C. Premix phase D in separate beaker, heating to 85-90°C until a clear, homogeneous solution forms. Increase beaker temp of phase A, B, C to 85-90°C. Add phase D to A, B, C and mix under moderate speed until a smooth mixture is present. Pour hot product into stick mold after solution is completely uniform. Let mixture set up at room temperature and then transfer to freezer, 0°C, for 10 minutes to enable easy release from molds.
