Automatic motorised cutting bandsaw

ITL Industries Ltd introduces India's first fully automatic motorised swiveling type Mitre cutting bandsaw to cut angles in range from 30°-90°-30°. Mitre cutting bandsaw features: cutting feed and rapid reverse of cutting arm, blade tensioning when hydraulic power is on and tension release no sooner machine is off to minimize fatigue stresses, automatic clamping before cutting arm starts moving down for cutting, shuttle vice release and clamps as the cycle is set & synchronised with length indexing table, apart from fully automatic cycle, manual mode is provided to facilitate initial setting, automatic machine stop when blade fails, electronic automatic feed regulation for high productivity and enhanced tool life. The product is also fully heavy duty welded structure torsion free construction, cutting head up-down movement guided in vertical pair of imported linear motion bearing guides for jerk free movement, infinitely variable pressure controlled cutting feed & upward return rapid movement by hydraulic cylinder, auto height stop on return stroke of cutting arm, coolant tank with 100 litre capacity and powered with 0.27 HP motor, tungsten carbide face guides with ball bearings, rotating cleaning wire brush, hydraulically operated main vice, and auto sequencing operation with PLC.
