Baosteel Meishan iron ore mining to lift capacity to 6 MT by 2018

Baosteel Meishan Mining revised its blueprint for year 2013 to 2018 and hopes to upgrade its crude ore capacity from current about 4 million tonnes to 6 million tonnes by the end of 2018. Concentrate output would then lift to 3.6 million tonnes. In the first 10 months of 2013, Meishan Mining produced 3.721 million tonnes of crude ore and 2.4701 million tonnes of concentrates.
